The Easy Active drinking bottle is a wonderful addition to any baby's gear. With its ergonomic design, it fits comfortably in the hand for both parents and babies. The natural-looking teat made of MAM SkinSoft silicone, with its uniquely flat, flexible shape, feels incomparably soft and comfortable in baby's mouth. For a familiar feeling, almost like breastfeeding. 94% of babies therefore easily accept the MAM SkinSoft teat¹. Thanks to the lid, the baby bottle can be closed leak-proof. The lid also serves as a measuring cup. The MAM Easy Active is easy to fill and clean thanks to its wide opening, and it is dishwasher-safe.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
Easy Active Baby Bottle
Before first use
Before first use, disassemble and clean the product. Then, place the individual parts in boiling water for 5 minutes. This ensures hygiene. For more information on cleaning, see the relevant section.
During first use, or even after extended use, the ventilation hole (in the raised bubble at the bottom of the teat) may stick together. This prevents air from entering the bottle during feeding, and the teat shrinks. Gently stroke the bubble (vent) a few times with your thumb or finger to reopen the slit.

Clean
Before each use, disassemble the product into all its individual parts and clean them in warm soapy water. For hygiene reasons, rinse thoroughly with clean water before sterilizing. Do not use cleaning products containing harmful ingredients such as alcohol, chlorine, and/or microplastics. Do not leave parts in a cleaning solution for longer than recommended – this could impair the product's function.
Before each use, check all parts of the bottle and pull the teat in all directions. Replace the product at the first sign of damage or wear.
For optimal cleaning, the drinking bottle MUST be disassembled into all its individual parts. Cleaning it while assembled may damage the bottle.
Suitable for cleaning in the top rack of the dishwasher (max. 65°C). Individual parts may be discolored by food. This has no negative impact on the material.
Do not use abrasive cleaning agents. Use only soft brushes or sponges. Hard cleaning brushes can scratch the plastic.
Make sure that there are no food residues left in the individual parts of the bottle after cleaning and before sterilizing.

Sterilize
For optimal cleaning/sterilization, the drinking bottle MUST be disassembled into all individual parts.
Clean all parts of the bottle before sterilizing.
After cleaning, sterilization can be carried out as follows: steam sterilization (electric or microwave, depending on the manufacturer's instructions), sterilization in boiling water (at least 5 minutes) or in a sterilizing solution.
Do not leave any parts (including the teat) in the sterilizing solution for longer than recommended or expose them to direct sunlight or heat - this could impair the function of the product or the teats.
NEVER sterilize the bottle while it is still assembled. This can damage the bottle and distort the threads that hold it together.

HEATING Instructions
Warm the bottle using one of the following methods: in a bottle warmer, a container of heated water, or under running hot water.
NEVER pour boiling water into the bottle.
NEVER heat or refrigerate a sealed bottle. Remove the cap and teat (with the screw ring) before heating, especially when heating in a bottle warmer or microwave. Do not overheat, as this could damage the bottle.
NEVER place bottle in an oven.
Be especially careful when heating in the microwave. Overheating may occur in some areas. Do not place the bottle in the center of the turntable, as this may result in uneven heat distribution.
After heating the bottle, always stir thoroughly to distribute the heat evenly.
When preparing infant formula, please always follow the temperature instructions provided by the formula manufacturer.
Boil drinking water and let it cool to approximately 40-50°C (depending on the manufacturer's instructions). Only then pour the boiled water into the bottle and add the recommended amount of milk powder and mix.
It is recommended to stir the food rather than shake it. This avoids air bubbles that can lead to colic.
Allow to cool to drinking temperature (approx. 37° C).
Always check the temperature before feeding.

Further important information
The bottle is made of polypropylene, a hygienic, easy-to-clean, and relatively soft material. The bottle should not be squeezed too hard, as this may impair its function.
Do not attempt to enlarge the opening of the teat using a needle or sharp objects.
Do not let babies drink unattended.
Always keep the bottle dry.
Store teats and valves in a dry, sealed container.
To freeze breast milk, please use the MAM storage cups.
Only use MAM teats with MAM bottles.
Use only sugar-free food or liquids.
To avoid injury, do not let the baby walk around with the bottle.
NEVER put your baby to sleep with a bottle. Prolonged contact with liquids can cause tooth decay.
The bottle teats are compatible with all MAM wide-neck bottles and the MAM Trainer+.
Insert the teat into the screw ring of the bottle until you hear a “click”.
