The ventilated base on the underside of the bottle has holes for air to pass through during feeding. Air enters the bottle from the bottom and does not mix with the milk, preventing bubbles from forming and frothing the milk flow. It prevents the baby from swallowing air while sucking, so babies can drink in a relaxed manner. The result is a reduced risk of colic, which is confirmed by 80% of mothers¹. With its unique, flat and flexible shape and soft Skinsoft silicone surface, the MAM teat feels as familiar as the breast, which is why 94% of babies accept the MAM teat without any problems. The MAM Easy Start Bottle can be sterilized in the microwave, and the bottle is ready for use again in just 3 minutes. The bottles comply with the European standard EN 14350. The bottle is BPA-free.
