1. Do not jump into the water when you have the mask on. The pressure of the falling water is too high, so you can easily hurt yourself.
2. Be careful not to scratch your mask with sharp stones or other objects as this may affect your vision.
3. For the first use, you can apply toothpaste with your finger to the inside of both glasses and then rinse with water to prevent fogging of the lenses.
4. After each use: rinse the mask in clean water. Store away from direct sunlight. Do not expose to high temperatures.
